unlocking my phone

hi,

im with three and if you go to this website

fill out the details, ie name and IMEI, they do unlock your phone within a day as you get a text saying your phones been unlocked

what i want to know whether i need my mobile turned on at the time or even my sim card inserted?

Thats good of 3,usually other competitors charge you and don't like you switching networks.

as for do you need your phone on or the sim in...to my knowledge what you have to do is turn off the phone,put in your new sim that the phones not accepting,switch the phone on and when it says the phone is network locked and asks for the code...put in the code they give you and off you go.

That is how it worked with my Samsung smart phone anyway,although yours could be different.

well, i did have to pay 15 pounds but they take that out my next bill so...

also i found out last night when i got the text from three saying its all done, i put in an ee sim and guess what... it works, so i have to say i am very pleased with the service
