Hey i just tried setting my OCZ3P16004GK memory through my bios to run @ 1600mhz.

i set the timings to 7-7-7-24
the voltage to 1.9v
and the speed is at 1600mhz.

however, i tried playing L4D today and my computer crashed with a blue screen warning me that there was a memory issue and it was shutting down to prevent damage to my computer. so after that i downloaded memtest86 and sure enough after only 10 - 20 mins 2 errors were found. what should i do to get it running at a stable 1600mhz? there were alot of other timing options etc but i have no idea what any of them are.

What motherboard do you have? OCz's forums are full of posts with people having difficulty with this RAM and certain Asus boards.

oh thats weird right before this post i put all my specs in my sig, but i guess it didnt show up?

EDIT: apparently i did it right after :P

Try increasing the NB voltage an increment at the 1600 settings, some memory controllers have trouble running really high frequency RAM.
