Unsure on motherboard

Hey I have the following;
EX38-DS4
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E8400 @ 3.00GHz (2 CPUs)
Earthwatts ea650w power supply

I'm looking to get a Palit GTX 460 / PCI-E 2.0 1024MB DDR5 256-Bit DVI HDMI

But I'm unsure if the video card will fit/be compatible with my mother board.

Any light on the subject would be fantastic

Please don't get a Palit card, I've had nothing but trouble with them, and their support is garbage. Stick to the good brands like XFX/EVGA/MSI/HIS/Zotac and so on

O thanks for your advice, guess I'll be looking for a replacement card. I had thought about XFX but saw a cheap palit card so.

XFX are miles ahead of Palit. Palit don't offer a direct RMA service, they make you go through the retailer unless you buy the card from their site.

XFX has an RMA service, you start a ticket, state the problem, they get you to do some tests, if it doesn't work then, you ship it to them, they tell you what's wrong with it and ship a new one. Took about 2 weeks from me sending one to getting a replacement in total, from Australia to HK and back.

Linkin, just wanted to ask you if you think this is a good card for the price.
