unsure why pop-up is appearing

I'm cleaning up a friends PC, but this pops up every once in awhile. I haven't been able to come to the conclusion on why it is.

when this happened I opened up task manager and I was able to see "com surrogate"

I have found this link, but this is happening when I am just browsing on the PC and I am currently running chrome.

If you aren't using eset as an a/v look in programs add/remove and delete it if it is there.
If you are using eset then open up eset and check in scheduled tasks.

oh I'm sorry... I was just running a scan... this has happened before I began doing a scan with eset.

multiple are appearing. I'm still looking into on my end.

If you are talking about the are you sure message I know that with Pale Moon I get that sometimes when I use the Back button on certain web pages.
Not an issue with the comp itself.
It is from a web page that makes sure you want to leave before leaving/closing.

Just unsure what page it could be referring too.

Yeah, the "are you sure message" pops up now and then on my pale moon as well. I would say nothing to worry about.
