Hi i keep getting unwanted emails off a forum how do i stop it?, i have joinned and pmed the Admin but no luck

This is obviously spam, there's only 15 members on that site. You're advertising.

Even so, if you were admin, you could delete that member.

No i am not advertising, and i am not admin.

But i think i found a how to turn the updates thing off, asking on another forum i think its in usercp.

every few days i get one and its verry annoying

Done it and the admin just pmed me saying sorry you have to leave but i understand.
