Unwanted Spyware

Hi,
I recently noticed there's spyware on my computer that can't be removed..no matter what I do. It keeps coming back, even when I delete the registry key manually. The only free spyware scanner I have that detects this is "ZeroSpyware." I don't know what's running this program that keeps making it come back, but the registry key does have the same extension as a one in my startup. I tried disabling that startup item but for some reason, it keeps starting up by itself again. Any suggestions?

ZeroSpyware used to be on the "Rogue List" of anti-spyware programs, and produced false-possitives in a ploy to get you to buy their product. The newer version are not rogue or deceptive. If your version is dated before Sep. 2004 it is probably the bad version.
