Update BIOS

OK, I extracted the Rar file, and a .bin file, an AUTOEXEC, AWDFLASH, COMMAND, IBMBIO, and IMBDOS files show up. What am I suppose to burn to update my BIOS?

I downloaded Magic ISO, and got the files from the Rar again, thinking an ISO icon would appear, but still the same icons.. Do I just burn the Rar file, with all the files in it?


Any ideas?

You could try burning just the rar file, then setting the cd drive to first boot priority, and if it don't work, try extracting them, then burn it to the cd..
