My PC built cannot update to Windows 11 because of TPM not supported.
The following is the instruction. Does that mean I boot to BIOS to make that change?

If you need to enable TPM, these settings are managed via the UEFI BIOS (PC firmware) and vary based on your device. You can access these settings by choosing: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery > Restart now.

From the next screen, choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > UEFI Firmware Settings > Restart to make the changes. These settings are sometimes contained in a sub-menu in the UEFI BIOS labeled Advanced, Security, or Trusted Computing. The option to enable the TPM may be labeled Security Device, Security Device Support, TPM State, AMD fTPM switch, AMD PSP fTPM, Intel PTT, or Intel Platform Trust Technology.

I was able to turn on the TPM (2.0).
I also enable secure boot in the BIOS.
But when Windows still said my secure boot is not enabled.

I have ASRock MicroATX Motherboard (B450M PRO4).

Please help.

OK. I finally got the TPM and secure boot issues resolved and the PC Health Check said my computer meets and exceeded the Windows 11 requirement.

But there is not provision to update to Windows 11 in the check update screen. Is there a waiting sequence for updating to Windows 11?

I believe there's a button you can click in the Windows Update section of the Settings to check for eligibility and that usually triggers the page to update and let you download/upgrade to Windows 11.

Go back into windows update and click on what I have circled in red in the following image, it will then actually check to see if its ready to be downloaded. When I did click on that, it said windows 11 was ready to download and install. If not you can always go here and do the update directly.

click on download now button.

It might take a while for it to show since you just got it set so that its capable of running 11. But like I said, you should be able to go to that MS page and do it directly from there.

Got to step 3 around 75% and encountered error. Try 3 times, still the same. Please help.

After the update, my MS Outlook search doesn't work. I am reindexing the search and is taking very very long time. After 10 hours, it completed 318,000 items and is still going.

Normal?
