Updated build thoughts/review?

Hello, I have updated my build to my sig below, can you guys provide me some feedback? Thanks! :) I have a fourth 6950 unlocked sapphire card, But i hear the heat and multiple cards just isnt worth the marginal performance increase. Thoughts?

why do you even have 2, you can max every game on quad or more displays right now, but i would say go over to a corsair/antec/pc power and cooling/seasonic/silverstone/xfx psu before that one fails, cooler masters aren't recomended, otherwise the cpu is the weakest link, but that's both too much of a hastle and not enough increase to say to spend like 500 on with those kind of parts, along with another win7 too, so the psu is the only thing i'd say.

I like your thinking mister. :D

As for the psu, isnt that a top of the line gold rated psu? Any reason it would fail? That sucker is well over 200 bucks

it should be fine for that much, people dont usually recommend that brand i dont think, but i would say it should be fine though

LoL furmark default benchmark was 9000 points. However GPU 1 runs at 90C under max load. And its a ice q x card. Cooling suggestions?

Im getting annoying bottlenecks in metro, its easily noticeable, lol drops from 90 fps to 30 for no reason when nothing is happening, oh well. Thank goodness for fx chips. Anyone know what a good water cooling solution can be? Gpu 1 so far has a high of 92C...

It's funny that you'd buy 4 GPU's and not know how to implement water cooling.

However, there could be a simple fix to this.. Since, you spent all that money on 4 GPU's, why not spend money on proper air flow, and get 100 CFM+ case fans?

Edit: All you are doing with "GPU 1" is killing the card off sooner than it has to die.. Those temps will render the card useless in no time if you don't get a solid cooling solution.

I just overnighted 3 110CFM 200mm fans from coolermaster. I knew that these would run hot, but I didnt think they would be:D like the middle of a nuclear reactor. Hopefully this is good enough, I already have a front fan and the rear fan is dedicated to water cooling the cpu, which is perfectly cool at 35C under load.:D

well, why exactly do you have all these, how many monitors are you running, i've asked this before too, but also, some games have issues with multiple gpus and their drivers, making things like your fps drops happen. but really i can't see any reason why you are using all these cards, i'd say to drop to the 1 or 2 cards and see.

also for the psu stuff, cooler master isn't a good brand, but even bad brands sometimes make a few quality parts, and the gold certified is its efficiency not rating, means it maintais i think a 90+% efficiency.

The whole thing is B/S. Any thing over two 6950 are a waste of time/money and effort. Plus I dont even think a fourth 6950 would have room to fit in the botton PCIe slot, the 6950 is a double slot card and there is no room between the third and fourth slot. If you did manage to get it in (which I dont think you can) the third card would die with (no) air flow to the fan.
