Updating HP 250W system, Video & PSU

I have the HP p6537c. I want to get a video card for the PCI Express x16 slot I have on the motherboard. The motherboard is a Foxconn H-Alpinia-RS780L-uATX, so I'm assuming it is going to limit what I can do. I'm looking to spend $100-150 on the videocard and $50-$75 on the psu. I would also like the ability to run two monitors or one tv and one monitor. Can you guys give me some good combos for this limited system that are compatible. Thanks in advance for any help. I'll let you know who's setup I went with.
 
even though it is possible that mobo will be limiting factor you can't be sure of it,

what kind of CPU are you running and type and speed of ram will be helpful too. with those information we might be able to assiste you with positive end results.
