I'm thinking of upgrading my Processor, but I'm not sure.

Any advice guys?
Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the response!
I built this a few years ago from pieces I bought, and upgraded a few items as I went along throughout the years.

The page for your board:
http://206.108.48.60/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=377&tab=3

Here's all the processors your board supports:

AMD Phenom™ II X4 Processor
AMD Phenom™ II X3 Processor
AMD Phenom™ II X2 Processor
AMD Phenom™ X4 Processor
AMD Phenom™ X3 Processor
AMD Athlon™ II X2 Processor
AMD Athlon™ X2 Dual-Core Processor
AMD Athlon™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Processor
AMD Athlon™ 64 FX Processor
AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor
AMD Sempron™ Processor

You also support up to 16GB of RAM and have 2 x PCI-E x16 2.0 Slots. You're perfectly fine to upgrade to as high as the Phenom II X4 945 processor. Anything higher isn't supported.

What are you looking to do with it?

Ahh I see. I was thinking of a core i3, but I haven't done any research on it. But I suppose it doesn't support it.
I mainly just use my computer for games, of course. WoW, SWTOR when it comes out, other mmos, etc.
I'm thinking I will upgrade to the Phenom II like you said.

I'm pretty sure that motherboard has the core unlock feature (cpu willing). May need a certain bios revision to try it. Have you tried unlocking the x3 to an x4?

Depending on the budget, I might opt for an updated mb and a HSF for overclock, before the 945 cpu. Esp if it unlocks and is stable.

I have no idea how to unlock it honestly.

And I was also thinking of another MB but i'm still in debate over it.

well how much can you spend, and how much would you like to spend? for under 250 you can get a good am3+ motherboard with a phenom ii x4 960t (95w quad that can become a 125w 6-core if you're lucky, and they have a good success rate i believe, and if not it is extremely cool so overclocks like hell), then you could add another 460 and get a good bit more performance, but i've heard the se really sucks compared to the 460, and also with a new mobo you need a new os, so that's another 90 (10% off currently from 100)
