upgrade build

ok i was wondering if you guys could help me pick out part for my upgrade to my previous build here are the sections

AUDIO

i have 5.1 surround sound on my MOBO so all i need is some thing to power my 5.1 speakers i don't wanna spend that much i just need some thing basic for right now

PSU

so right now i have 420 watts but i am looking to upgrade to a better looking PSU with wire covers preferably and reliability the volume of it doesn't matter to me tho because i have a window unit right next to my comp so it can be aloud as it wants my price range isnt too high i kinda wanna get one for under $50

CPU HEAT SINKS

first i have bean thinking about getting a new heat sink right now i have one for a P4 cooling my CPU it works and it keeps it kinda cool but i wanna take it down a few levels on heat so maby i could over clock it a bit


RAM HEAT SINKS

I already have one heat sink i am not sure if they really do help but they look nice in my case so i wanted to get some one and i am open for options i just wanna see whats good so in your opinion what RAM heat sink would you get
