Upgrade for Low-End PC...

i'm doing a last year upgrade to this low end PC... for under 100$ i want to add a DVD Burner, Video Card, Ram, and Speakers... Any Help??

its gona be very hard.

assume 30 dollar for burner. 40 for RAM, thats after rebate and 30 for a low mid range video card.

but before that can you tell us what pc you have? is a brand pc? or did you build. find out if your pc use Sdram or DDR or DDR2 and at what speed they operate.
