Upgrade help

Been doing some reading around and gathering info. I know computers but not enough to make the best informed decision.

The PC i've got I want to upgrade to better run Photoshop/Movie making programs/music/ and be able to play CoD Black Ops (mainly the Combat Training)

Now I know I need a better processor and video card. That's where I need help. I've got 4g of RAM. The test I ran to see if I could run Black Ops failed.

What would be the best/cheapest processor and video card in order to run Black Ops somewhat decent? Hoping to keep the cost under $200.

From the looks of it, you will probably need to spend more than $200 if you wan't to run Black-Ops but I'm not too sure.

I'm liking the Geforce with it's rebate thing... comes out to $90 instead.

And my PSU right now is only 140 watts but found this one

So would the Geforce 450, Phenom II X4 920 and that power supply work for my needs? Also plan on getting Windows 7...

So my mobo being an AM2 can only take AM2 or AM2+ CPUs...?

show the AMD Athlon II x3 450 on the list but says this next to it..

Due to Bios ROM size limitation remove LAN PXE ROM and change Crashfree3 to Crashfree

I'm confused if it works or not since it's on the list of CPUs..

One has 50 more watts... and the other is 'earthy'... probably gonna go with the Rana 450 AM3 and the 450 GTS (Fermi).

Have the M2N-E mobo from Asus but will someday upgrade that as well. Currently running DDR2, 4gigs worth.

Gonna need a new PSU anyways, is this a reputable brand?

Still looking at going the x3 450 route as well...using the M2N-E mobo until I can sell off other PC parts to pay for other upgrades. Also would like to upgrade to dual channel memory with 6gigs if this board supports it, not sure yet.

Any other good combo deals out there that would suit my needs? There is a HD 4830 card for $67 but only 512mb whereas this combo'd one is 1gig...
