Upgrade Help

This is what I have,

Emachines T2825
AMD Athlon XP 2800+
2.09 Ghz, 1.06 RAM
HD - 120gb - HDD
Memory - 2 - 512mg
Nvidia GeForce 6600+

I mainly use this for online gaming, and alot of PORN...lol

What would you guys recommend i upgrade next, I also just installed a LG superwrighter DVD burner.

Mind you that im very ILLITERATE when it comes to pc's but im trying to learn.

lol how did you get 1.06gigs of ram? Well, the weak spot of your PC seems to be the CPU. But seeing its a Socket A processor, there really isn't much you can do about it. So I wouldn't really do much upgrading as it would just be a waste of money. (If you really need to, get a bigger harddrive).

Well first off. Read Computer specs and building 101 here: http://www.computerforum.com/63004-computer-specs-building-101-a.html

Then tell us what your budget is. Based on what you have I would keep the DVD burner and then build a completely new computer. Your platform (motherboard) is older and nothing new will really work too well with it. I would get a Core 2 Duo and start from there. But read up on the 101 articles some then let us know your budget. :P
