upgrade my cpu or maybe something else...

Hi guys,

i bought my pc 2 years ago and its still working fine but for example booting up my pc can take a while sometimes.
i have 2 HDD`s ( i know very stupid )
So i was thinking like upgrading my cpu or something will might help to improve speed.
or when im on discord with my friends, discord will randomly freeze for 20 seconds and then back to normal.
i`ve googled alot and closed alot of background progams and disabled alot of progams at start up etc im out of idea`s...

My specs:

Msi a320m pro-m2 v2
Amd Ryzen 5 2600 with the standard Amd cooler
Corsair Vengeance 2x16GB
Nvidia Geforce 1660 Super
2x HDD SATAIII
1x 500 Watt Cooler MasterMPW-5002-ACABW
Windows 10

CPU won't make a difference, unless it's malfunctioning which pretty much doesn't happen.

Are those just regular spinning hard drives? You pretty much need an SSD for W10 to play nice. Fresh Windows install might not be a bad idea either.

yes its the regular spinning hard drives and i was thinking about a fresh windows install. but i think before i do that i will buy an SSD to install windows 10 on thank you for replying :D
