Upgrade or New computer?

I have a HP Pavilion a6120n desktop computer and was thinking of upgrading a lot of things, but I came to a though, am i better off buying a new computer?
I have a 250w PSU, leonite2 mobo, 4 GB DDR2 memory, 320 GB HDD, and a Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT I bought seperately.

Any feedback and suggestions would be helpful.

Since your thinking of upgrading a lot of things, sounds like it isn't doing what you want.
What do you want it to do? Or, what is it not doing?

leave it alone with those specs. 4 gig your done. Upgrading will require a bigger power supply than yours. 250 watt. let it go . Buy or build a new one.

you can simply get a psu and stick the 9800GT in. But I won't really recommend you do more than that

if your motherboard has onboard graphics, i would keep your 9800gt and sell the current machine and build a new one

build another since that E4400 (2.0ghz) is more of a laptop processor.
