Upgrade parts or sell whole and buy new?

Hey, I'm looking to get a better experience on my computer and am thinking of getting a new video card around 4GB memory, up to 16GB of Ram and a TB, instead of 500gb of hard drive space.

These are an exhaustive list of my specs - I was wondering if it would be better to get an entirely new computer or just upgrade some bad parts.

What board revision do you have? 3.0 or 3.1? The revision number is stamped on the board on the bottom left just below the audio ports next to the last screw hole.

You should be fine just getting a new GPU and storage. That 430 is really holding you back in games.

Memorywise, if you aren't 85%+ or so utilization with the 8 GB you already have then there's really not much of a benefit of upgrading to 16G

Also, please compare cards based on their chipset instead of memory capacity. There are cards with 4 GB such as a Geforce 740 that absolutely get stomped by cards like a Fury X or 290X that also have 4 GB of VRAM.
