Upgrade problem

ok so ive upgraded my graphics card from a geforce 7300le to a geforce 8600gts
and a message came up saying my grapghics card isnt reciving enough power, but still workedso, ive upgraded my psu from 305 watts to a "win power" 600 watts but the same message came up, but sureley 600 watss is enough!!

It's dual rail, 2x 18A. That should be enough for the 8600. Do you have the PCI Express power connection plugged into the card?
 
lol thanks very much ive never know to put power to a graphics card b4 as my last 2 didnt need it, ahah i should relli read the guide :p
