Never run Crysis on that or Bioshock time to save up and start a new computer everything needs upgrading and theirs nothing their to allow an upgrade good enough to run good enough. you AGP slot hardware were out of date in the year 1995

you need and have none of these:-

PCI E slot
CPUsocket that supports dual & quad core
2 GB Ram
PSU 600 watt
graphics card with direct 10 support
3 button mouse
and you need a DVD rom

oh forgot to ask what do you do with your computer? dont want to advise you to spend 1k if it's just for running women software.

Ahhh its fast enough for office work add more ram. Not enough ram slows all the hardware down. And give it a defrag a defrag of the hardrive will speed up load times. Below is your spec from the info you provided can't see any info there on your graphics hardware. I would'nt buy Vista for it thats just going to make it run far slower and use up miles more ram than you have.

CPU - AMD Duron 1.3 Ghz Socket A (462)
Ram - 256MB SDRAM

yeah thats a very old system

cant really do anything with it

best you can do is add some ram and save up for a whole new system
