No. The CPU you listed is socket AM2, while your board accepts only socket 939.

They do make socket 939 X2's but it seems as though both Newegg.com and Tigerdirect.com are phasing them out of their inventories as I can not find a 939 X2 on either website.
 
Unfortunately no, that CPU does not match your motherboard. The one you chose from TigerDirect is socket AM2 and your mobo only supports socket 939. There aren't many 939's left but heres one, take a look and look around internet stores and see if you can finda any.

This processor does not include the heatsink/fan so you would have to buy a separate heatskink/fan.
I had the same problem not long ago, I also have socket 939 and the best I could find was the Athlon64 X2 3800+.

Best thing you could do is save and build an entire new comp! ;)
