Upgrades

I wouldn't be dumping any money into that machine, I'd be starting to look at something new...

Reusing a few pieces, but stepping into 2016 is probably the smartest bet at this stage..

with dual 7950 I'd think your gaming experience would be pretty good too..

Also I never heard of Predator X, so that's probably a cheap PSU, get a new one from a trusted brand.

I wonder if he means an Aerocool X-Predator psu.. in any event, I'd go with a Corsair or something quality.

Actually, unless we're talking about the AX1500i, at any given price point, somebody makes a better PSU than Corsair. Corsair's competitors may not have Corsair's epic warranty support, but the products are certainly sound. Look at a Seasonic SSR-G or an EVGA G2.

Seasonic makes Corsairs PSU and yes EVGA is good too.. but I personally only use Corsair branded.

No. Seasonic makes SOME Corsair PSUs. Corsair buys PSUs from many different OEMs and rebadges them. The point is, no Corsair PSU is as good as a Seasonic SSR G-550 for the price of the G-550. Corsair equivalents are much more expensive.

With Corsair you're basically paying a premium upfront for quality RMA support. Sort of like buying a built in extended warranty.

I disagree with your opinion, but respect it all the same.

Check out XFX
They are made by seasonic and usually slightly cheaper.
Except XT line are designed by seasonic and made by Shenzhen Ruishengyuan

I don't know man... I bought my HX650 6 years ago (rebadged Seasonic G650) ... and it was cheaper than the actual Seasonic product and got 2 more years of warranty. As a matter of fact, I still have another year of warranty on my HX650.

I'm not going to upgrade PC for a while because I don't exactly have 2000 dollars and I just got it and if I were to upgrade I would make it pricey, and yes it is the aerocool one I'm just looking for any possible upgrades to do on it mostly GPU because crossfire isn't always compatible with games or performance is different so it's not realiable so maybe the next gpu up but not to expensive and maybe OC CPU or a better that my mobo can handle even if it's not good value I don't really mind but thanks for your opinions

I can probably spend a couple 100 bucks if needed beciase I have a few 650 w psu and a whole bunch of other stuff from old computers

At this point, you are basically looking at a new motherboard, cpu, and ram. Even a gtx 970 or r9 390 is gonna cost you over $300.
