Upgrading assistance

Im going to upgrade regardless, but i am purchasing a Gigabyte G1 Assassin XL ATX and i currently have a Gigabyte EX58 UD5, will i need to reinstall windows 7 on the new motherboard?, i am also getting corsair dominator GT 2000Mhz RAM and a GTX 590 if that makes a difference to anything
 
you will need to reinstall. And its only really going to work if you have the full version. If you have a OEM version (teh 99 USD one), you will need to buy a new key to make it work.
