Upgrading computer: what I have, any suggestions?

So, with all the changes I've made, how does this sound:

Card Reader: http://www.upgradenation.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=FM-B191INT
Video Card: the one in the mobo
Mouse/Keyboard: http://3btech.net/reakwikeandm.html
Capture Card: Don't know, the one I had earlier had bad reports of forgeting it's drivers, not sure if this would be a problem with XP or not though, and they said that the quality was bad)
Sound Card: the one in the mobo
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820161669
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131587
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16819116001

I have Adelphia, since my dad works for them he gets it at a discount.

Its fine but do you know that mobo is a micro ATX

oh, I was thinking about getting a smaller case too, because the case I've got now is pretty big, and I bring it back and forth between my mom and dad's house, I'd say that with everything in it now is about 25-30 lb.
