Upgrading computer..

You don't need a new motherboard if you have the ASRock 880G Pro3 (or the Extreme3)
The one you have will still support the newest AMD processors (8 cores), DDR3 RAM and dual GPU setups. You would also need a new operating system/reinstall your old if you upgrade motherboard. If you keep your motherboard, you can easily clone your OS from your HDD to your SSD.

so i'd only need to update GPU, SSD, and CPU Cooler then (and an external hdd, but that ain't for the computer upgrade :P).. alright!

I've been thinking about getting a Gigabyte's GTX 760 (since i now have a little more money to spend bcuz i don't have to buy mobo)
which has a better value for money:
Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC - 2GB GDDR5 Rev 2.0 [214,43€]
Gigabyte GTX760 4GB PCI-E OC Rev 2.0 [241,05€]

i'm running dual-screen (24" TV and 19" DELL screen), playing games like LoL, TrackMania2, PlanetSite2 (these games mostly), multi-tasking (e.g. Gaming, Photoshop and browser on at same time).

as for the other components:
CM Hyper 212 EVO [29,76€]
SAMSUNG 840 Evo Series 120GB SSD [86,01€]

The 2GB is fine. The RAM only makes a difference if you run out of it, and I've played on 5760x1080 (3x1080p monitors) with 2GB RAM, and I didn't run out. Depends on the game usage of RAM though, but for gaming on one monitor and having a browser/skype/anything-not-a-game on the other 2GB will be fine.

kinda useless post, but anyways.. i've been thinking about just updating GPU, CPU Cooler and add an SSD. (had in my mind a while ago i would update mobo and cpu with and intel i5 processor... but then i checked my bank account :P ). later (in a couple of years maybe) i'll update the whole computer probably.. but i'll look at it then!
as for the parts:
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 760 OC - 2GB GDDR5 Rev 2.0 [212,82€]
CPU Cooler: CM HYPER 212 EVO [29,76€] (thinking about adding 2 (red led) fans for push-pull)
SSD: SAMSUNG 840 Evo Series 120GB SSD [86,01€]

Total: 328,59€ (incl. fans: 342,95€). under 350€, i'm happy!

You don't gain much by adding a second fan for the CM Hyper 212 Evo to be honest. It's a thin heatsink, so one fan can easily push the air through. I only did it because I bought 10 Coolermaster fans for the price of 1 from my favorite retailer and used the fan from the Evo on a push-pull setup with some watercooling (2x CM 212 Evo fans on a Corsair H60 with a 4-pin PWM Y-splitter on a [email protected] = cool 'n' quiet CPU).

i've updated my thoughs (once again), since i'm graduating from vocational school and i'm pretty sure i'm gonna get a bunch of money.
i've been thinking about updating my gpu and cpu cooler...
for graphics card i've been thinking about:
Gigabyte GTX760 2GB OC Rev 2.0 or ASUS GTX760-DC2OC-2GD5 (the difference between the prices is 1€ [Asus 205,56€ | Gigabyte 206,37€])
but i'm thinking about going for the Gigabyte, since i've heared you can oc it pretty good n stuff...

and for the CPU cooler i've been thinking about:
Antec KÜHLER H2O 620 V4, i think i should get my 955 BE oc'd pretty good with water cooling, and the 620 V4 only costs ~45€.

I'd pick the ASUS GPU, if the price is the same. You can't go wrong with either, but I know that ASUS makes a custom PCB and uses very high quality chokes etc.
If the Antec Kühler is cheaper than a Corsair H60, get it. Should yield about the same performance. Just don't get a Coolermaster Seidon, unless you plan on changing the fan. It's loud as hell.

After little research i think i'll got with the ASUS one
(some people say their Gigabyte GPU has "exploded" or stopped working and having problems with them... and the Gigabyte is out of stock)..
how much could i get oc'd from the CPU with the Kühler H2O 620 V4?
i'm hoping to reach somewhere close to 4GHz..

PS. i've started mining DogeCoin's, so for that too i would need a better GPU (mining with gpu) since i only get ~67khash/s with the GTX 550 Ti.. and the gpu has started failing on me when gaming (in PlanetSide 2 it freezes up the whole computer, as it also did when trying MSI Kombustor [with stock speeds and fan on 100%])

I think DogeCoins are OpenCL optimized. So you'll get a lot better performance from AMD cards.
My friend farmed BitCoins (the same as DogeCoins), before the bubble burst, on his Nvidia GTX 590 (dual GTX 580s) and got less mhash/s than I did on my AMD HD 6950 2GB :) Both cards are from same generation of GPUs, but his card was like 3x the price of mine.
As for overclocking the CPU, you can never be sure. Every chip overclocks differently, even if it's the exact same model. But I can say that I've got an AMD Phenom II X2 555 Black Edition running at 4.2GHz (also 3.2GHz stock) with 1.45v and a Coolermaster Hyper 212 Evo. Never goes above 45C, according to HWMonitor, while stress testing.
But I was told in the BlackBox thread that I have a good CPU :)
If I were you, I'd try and start with 4.0GHz at 1.4v. (20x multiplier and don't touch FSB)
If unstable, bump voltage up to 1.45v. I wouldn't go above 1.5v.
If stable, reduce voltage until it passes Prime95, Asus RealBench or OCCT 4.4.0 for 6-24 hours (I prefer 24 hours, because I saw mine stop on a single core after 19 hours at 1.425v)
