Upgrading computer

I am planning on basically upgrading my computer by changing the Motherboard, CPU, PSU, and computer case.

MoBo: ASUS A8N-SLI Premium - OEM

And the Hardware I already have and will add to the computer will be:

ATI Radeon 9200, Kingston 1GB DDR PC2700 RAM

And my computer model is a Compaq S4010CL

I am wondering if that is the best PSU I could get that has dual 12v on it.

Is the rest a good buy?

erm...yes they are. Well, maybe not at this second, but they are much more future proof then single core. More and more games/apps will be made to use dual core.
 
I know they will be better in the future, but building your own computer will always be cheaper than buying one from Dell, Compaq, ect..So I can just upgrade it later
 
If you want a gaming pc, I don't think a 9200 can do much gaming...you should probably go with a 6600 if ure on a tight budget
