Upgrading Current Computer Question

Hi guys I was wondering if you could give me a little advice on my build. I'm currently running the system listed below. But when Final Fantasy XIV comes out I would like to run the game on max. My question is with the setup I have now is there anything I could upgrade like motherboard, processor, graphic card, etc and still use some of the parts that I currently have now to run the game on max. Also, I'm wanting a sli setup so I can keep using the gtx 260 I have now. I don't mind also switching to intel. Option to overclock would be nice also. Let me know what you recommend I'm trying to get all the upgrade parts under 500-700 preferably cheaper if possible.

Yes I tried to unlock the 4th core but it was very unstable even if we tried to overclock it so we had to relock the core. Also when you recommend the ATI 5850 1GB. Would it really let me run the game on max just upgrading the gpu if thats the case that would be GREAT! This might be a stupid question but is there a real big difference between a gtx 260 vs ati 5850.

One more thing daisymtc what do you think about the HIS iCooler V H583FN1GD Radeon HD 5830 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/Eyefinity I can get that one for about 155.00.
