upgrading from windows xp

just to get things clear in my mind, i only need to buy the upgrade windows 7 package and not the full version if i want to go up to windows 7. i can do a clean install from the upgrade version. i see overclockers are selling the upgrade at 67.00.

Yes, you can do a fresh install from an upgrade cd but you still need qualifying media I believe.
