Upgrading Graphics Card.

Well I just purchased a used Dell Xps 710. I am looking to upgrade the Graphics Card I am just not sure what to go with. I am looking to spend around 100 dollars give or take.

Specs:
Full Tower XPS 710 case
1000watt Power Supply 4x 18v rails
4gb ddr2 800mhz ram
GT 210
q6600 quad core intel
300gb velocalraptor 10krpm hdd
SLI motherboard

I know I can go with a 7770 or GTX 650 or what would you recommend?

not sure who makes that psu, but they are 12v rails and likely you could go with that card on that psu but wary of most advertised 1kw psus

It doesn't matter how high quality the PSU is if it hasn't been upgraded sence the PC was first built, as PSUs are supposed to be changed every 5 years and that PC is probobly around 5 years old. You can get a CX500 and used 7750 or 550 Ti for $100.
