Upgrading Hardware (PSU and Graphics card)

Hello all,

Have some questions concerning upgrading my Dell xps 8100

i am trying to get it run as a gaming computer to run things such as the most recent total war games,

don't currently have a graphics card, need advice on a new graphics card, understand if a new PSU is needed.

please let me know where you would go with this..........
system specs:

Intel Core i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz
PSU 350 watt
Windows 7 Home Premium
8 gb ram
BIOS A05

What game you are playing?
Budget?

With current PSU, max you can get probably gtx750 ti

What resolution is your monitor? If it is 1680X1050 or below a 750Ti will get you by in those kinds of games and you can find one used for fifty bucks or less on craigslist etc.
