No. Your board takes RAMBUS (gross :P). I don't know if any retaillers will still carry it.
 
It's not worth upgrading the RAM in using that technology anyway. The best processor that motherboard supports is a Pentium 4 (2.0 gigahertz) Single-Core Processor. That is a highly obsolete processor that won't do much for you.

Look at a Socket AM3+ motherboard and a $75 Athlon II Triple-Core processor.
