Upgrading my Chaintech SKT600 question.

Hey Guys,

I built a computer in 2003 and instead of buying or building a new computer, I've decided to squeeze every little juice out of this machine. I currently have an AMD Athlon XP 3000+ CPU. I have two sticks of 512 megs of cheap RAM; I believe they're DDR400. I lost the tech manual for this motherboard, so I don't know the maximum CPU and RAM capacity of the motherboard. Can someone help me what kind of CPU and RAM I should buy for this motherboard? If possible, can someone recommend something on newegg.com? I found this page of some specs of the motherboard:

Thanks in advance.

I think the only meaningful thing you could do to that computer is upgrade the video card.

What is it that you would like your computer to do better? The current specs look fine for an office/internet machine. If it's games, I'd put a GeForce 7600 GT or 7800 GT in it, and get an extra year or so out of it. I don't think I'd want to spend more than $150 on it, since whatever graphics card I bought wouldn't be compatible on my next machine.
