Upgrading My computer Please Help

Im looking to upgrade my GPU in a Dell Deminsion 8400 that i was recently given.

everything you need to know about the Motherboard is here

i have about $100 right now, whats the best Video card i can get?? Also i am thinking about just saving up till i can get a 4850, but i am not sure at the moment... please any info or suggestions would help

just so you know the specs are:
Intel Pentium 4 560 / 3 GHz
4gbs of RAM
160 GB plus a 500gb that i have

whats the difference in these? is says both under specs....
Graphics Card Name ATI Radeon X800 XT???
Graphics Processor / Vendor ATI Radeon X300???
350 Watt power supply

Well it's hard to say for $100. Look for a card that has the best/highest memory clock, core clock, memory, and stream processors/processing units for the money. There are so many to name so I have no idea off hand but look at sites like newegg.com and tigerdirect.com that give these kinds of specs.

What are you looking to do with this new card by the way?
 
nVidia:
get a 8800GS XXX, 9600GSO, or a 9600gt

ATI:
get a HD 2600xt, or HD 3850

Thank you for your info, I am planning on buying Call of duty 5 when it comes out, i play WoW, and maybe Crysis and Counter strike source

Thank you for your information, I like the 3850, im more of a ATI person,... thats what ill plan to get is the 3850.....

But my other question is will i need a Bigger power supply?????
