Upgrading my existing motherboard?

Well here's the deal; I've ran a few scans like crucial.com, belarc advisor etc and they say that I have four DIMM slots. I have two. But, when inspecting my motherboard I noticed where 2 more could be placed. Is this possible?
(ps I am talking about slots not the ram that goes in them)

Unless your very handy with a soldering iron, no ;)
Just no, not even if he's good with a soldering iron. He'd need a new BIOS chip as well as new cpu code (most likely) to make the slots usable.
