Upgrading My Graphic Card

Hello, I am quite unexperienced when it comes to computer and I would like some professional advice.
I am planning to upgrade my computers graphic card, but I am sure where to start. This is my computer http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsuppor...portFAQ&prodSeriesId=5035344&prodTypeId=12454
My graphic card atm is the NVIDIA GeForce GT420. Would the nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti 1gb be a suitable match for me? If so what would I need to do.
Any other recommendations would be very much appreciated.

My concerns would be if you have enough space for a bigger card and you will definately need to get a better power supply then the stock one.

I'm pretty sure the nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti 1gb is the right size but will it block the expansion slot right beside the PCIe x 16 slot?
Does anyone recommend any better PSU's? Would i need a 700 watt one? My current size is 150mm x 140mm x 86mm i believe would any PSUs this size do?

If they are ATX they are the same size or maybe within a few mm. ATX is the form factor, meaning they are made for an ATX desktop case, and since yours is, any ATX psu will fit.

Okay I understand now...... :) As I said i'm still learning when it comes to computers. Do ya think 600 or would it be better to go for 650 or 700watts?

Power supplies are a lot about brand, a cheap 600w sometimes still doesn't have the power to run a 400w gpu. And when they do have the power, they use low quality parts in it that will blow easily if put under load that a real graphics card will create, and they are known to sometimes take other parts with them when they blow. Anything over 550w from corsair, antec, xfx, silverstone, seasonic, nzxt, or pc power & cooling should do the job.

Wow..... I really don't want that!! :( Does it matter if I tend to game a lot? Soo would a atx 600w PSU at around $100 from a good brand be a fit for me.

It doesn't matter if you game a lot, that's one of the reasons you want the good brands, they will last longer and can hold higher wattage for longer times. If you can post a link to a good irish component site i can look for the best deal.

Yes, that power supply would work out well. And yes you would need to use both of the 6 pin pci express power connectors for the video card.

Thanks everyone :D One last question, do you believe I will notice much of a difference in my gaming expeirence? Hopefully I will it ordering everything very soon. I update you as soon as I set it up :)
