Marcus55 New Member Jun 25, 2006 #1 Hey guys/girls. Soon I will be getting some new upgrades for my computer, one of them being my graphics card. Currently I have ATI Raedon x300 (128mb) and I am thinking of getting the ATI Raedon x1300 (512 mb). Is this a good move or a bad one?

Geoff VIP Member Jun 25, 2006 #5 Upgrading from an x300 to an x1300 would be a very bad move. Since you heve a $250 budget, i would recommend going with a 7600GT for around $140, or the 7900GT for $260.
