I have an HP A705w, I was thinking of using this combo http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboBundleDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.466557 and just reusing my case and power supply. Will this work?

Yes, DO NOT USE the same PSU as your HP - those "OEM" PSUs are low wattage and are not the kind of quality you'd want for a build like the one you're looking at.
Personally, I hate HP cases because they have so little room in them for any decent cable management or the addition of a better video card, etc.
