Upgrading my laptop's CPU

I have a Toshiba Satellite C650D 008 with a current Amd E-350 single core 1.6 ghz with an integrated AMD Radeon HD 6300 series Graphics using a FT1 BGA 413-Ball socket, I was wondering which CPU's would be compatible with it for an upgrade, maybe the AMD E2-3000M?
 
Are you 100% sure it's BGA? I just quickly tried to find some info on that board and I saw sockets... There are a few CPUs that are offered in both BGA and ZIF. Do you have an exact model? C650D-XXXX?
