Upgrading my PC

Total War Warhammer is being released later this year. I was wondering what I would need to upgrade so I can play it at a good level of graphics and performance. I currently have a Intel Xeon E3-1240 V2, 8GB of RAM and an AMD Firepro v4900 (FireGL V). The assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.
 
It means your computer specs aren't meant for gaming. You will need a better processor and video card. Your specs are for CAD work and business type software not for a personal home computer meant for gaming. You'll basically need a new computer.
 
The E3-1240 V2 is equivalent to an i7 3770, so you would be fine with just a GPU upgrade.

Any idea of the wattage of PSU that's in the system?
