Please help me, i have small budget and my parts are:
  • Mother board: ASRock 980DE3/U3S3 (it doesn't support PCIE3, but my GC does)
  • CPU: AMD fx-6300
  • Cooling: SilentiumPC Grandis XE1236
  • Graphics: MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti 2G OC 128bit
  • RAM: Ballistix 12GB (3x4GB) DDR3 1600MHz CL9
  • HD: Western Digital Caviar Blue, 1TB, SATA/600, 7200RPM, 64MB cache
  • Monitor: Flatron L192WS
What should i upgrade first?
I think i should get rid of this MB along with CPU, and i'm thinking about upgrading to MB with support to DDR4 and Intel CPUs.
Also new monitor would be neat, can you suggest me some good parts and give me some advice?

it's hard to say, becouse right now i have 100$ and i can afford to add monthly around 200 to 250$
but have in mind that parts in my country are around 25-30% higher

edit: that's why i asked why to upgrade first(i will save for first item, then next and so on)
i didn't mention that it's almost purely for gaming

Prices change all the time. Problem being you'll need new motherboard, cpu and ram first off. You'll need around $600 to start, just have to decide if you want to Intel or AM4. What online store would you get your parts from?

i always search the web and see where the items are cheaper, but if prices are good i usually use this website: "https://www.morele.net/"

edit: the currency zł(pln) is in ratio 1$=~4zł
so monthly i can afford to spend 200-250$=800-1000zl

Unfortunately, I can't get in to see motherboard and cpu's due to page being to big to translate language. Maybe someone else can help. Without knowing what prices are like over there, have no clue what to recommend.
