Upgrading my system, looks good?

So I want to upgrade my system. Im going to upgrade the comp in my sig which was originally a Compaq brand pc with a sempron and 512 memory and integrated graphics so yeah i leaped forward a bit! lol
On topic: THe problem is that its socket 939 so my chances to upgrade are getting VERY narrow. So i want to upgrade to AM2 and came up with this build, do you guys think it will work well????

BTW my current ram is not a 2x1gb configuration is like 2x256, 1x512 and 1x1gb

Looks ok, if your not going to use onboard video get this model instead and save a few bucks

Ok, thanks guys, I updated the list then so far so good? And about the GPU, i didn't include any because i want to wait until december and see what deals they got...
