Upgrading, needing some help!

I have 400 dollars to spend, and I want to get the most bang for my buck.

I know I need a new motherboard/processor/ram/power supply

Any really good newegg deals out there? I already have a good case/video card/harddrive so I'll only need to upgrade those components, right?

If anyone could hook me up with some ideas, I'd be realllly grateful!
 
 
this ram is a bit cheaper and what video card do you have to put in it because a 450w psu isnt enough for a newer card
 
an nVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS.

I can't replace it for a long time, and even if I do, I'm not getting anything fancy like a 260 GTX.

I figured the most important upgrade would be everything and leave the video card for last, since I can always upgrade it later.
