Upgrading power supply's

Hi guys, i'm currently having problems with my power supply I get the feeling it's just not up to the job. After updating my graphics last year, any game I play with a high amount of detail sends the power supply fan crazy.

It makes a lot of noise, blowing quite hard and just sounds like its straining, which continues even when exiting games. Resulting in me having to restart the PC before it calms down.

The problem is I have no idea what to replace it with, I've posted my system specs below. If anyone knows a power supply that would fit this PC and what spec fan and watts it should be, I'd be very very greatfull :)

I'm not looking for anything major just something which is quiet and can cope with my current system specs. Any advice would be useful because i don't understand what to do.

What kind of power supply do you have?

I would recommend a 500-600W power supply from the companies corsair, Antec, silverstone, seasonic, Pc power and cooling, or XFX. What do you want to spend on it and what country are you in?
 
I'm from the UK, I'm not currently sure what power supply is in the machine, but I doubt its 500W. Was looking to spend around £50 if possible.
