Upgrading System or New Build?

Case: (Need Upgraded Badly)
PSU: 500Watt
Mobo: Asus P4P800 (Standard not deluxe)
CPU: Intel 2.6ghz Dual Core (Socket 478????)
Video: ATI Sapphire Radeon HD 3650 (AGP) (Just bought it to replace my NVidia Geforce 6600 256mb agp but prob gonna return the new one due to scrappin this pc due to ancient shit)
Memory: 2gig Ram

Im looking to play games at a decent rate like WoW. I can play WoW on this pc fine but when I hit high populated areas everything just hits the wall.

Any ideas for a gaming pc would be wonderful or upgradin this fosil

I wouldn't put money into that, you won't get decent performace with the board, cpu, ram or video.

The socket won't support any decent chips, if ur lookin for a value build reuse your case, harddrive dvd and power, get new board, ram, cpu and graphics

You can get a package deal for all that from newegg or tigerdirect
 
If it's socket 478, I'm pretty sure it's not a dual core...

Do you have a P4 with hyper threading?
