upgrading system???

2 systems: SLOT 1 400 MHz, the video card overheated (two of them...) while my son was playing maplstory... ATI RAGE FURY PRO 128 and a graphic card that i forgot the manufacturer... 128MB ram though.


any suggestions on a new one??


pentium 2.8 ghz. P4. i cannot play need for speed demo underground, the words are like blocks, the numbers are scribbles, wel its like the videoc ard is malfunctioning . its integrated one. Unichrome video card i think

Are you asking if you should upgrade the computer you have?
What are the specs, I can't make out what you've posted, sorry.
 
Number 1 System, way out dated
Number 2 System, Onboard unichrome video is not good at all, ugrade your video card if you have a AGP or PCIe slot, didnt say how much Ram it has?
 
Number one, all my systes are outdated.... 486, Pentium PRO , Pentium II , pentium I, and Macintosh 166Mhz and 45Mhz,

MY 2.8GHZ HAs 256 MB, WAnt to know what type of video card is worth the price>
its really a 266Mhz, but got it to 400Mhz, and i can get it to 600Mhz. and run a stress test on it. 256MB ram
 
The 1st one isn't worth updating, it's really old.

The RAM and GPU would be the main things to upgrade in the 2nd one.
