Upgrading tablet

I'm trying to upgrade my Lenovo miix 3 tablet but I lack in space on the C drive. I tried creating a USB boot to upgrade as a fresh install but my version of 8.1 isn't supported (8.1 with Bing). I tried reinstalling Windpws but the ISO is nowhere to be found and I don't have a recovery partition...

Any idea in how I could upgrade?

Ok I finally got it to work after two month trying...

What went wrong in the previous upgrades is that I did not have enough space on the C drive. I had a micro SD card that I used for the remaining space required (an option I chose while upgrading) but all the updates failed. So today i decided to remove everything I could from the tablet including the A-V and finally had 11.4+ GB free which meant I did not need extra space. Started the update and it went fine. I now have Win 10 on it :)
