Upgrading to 2gb

Ok I plan to upgrade to 2gb of RAM in about 6 months. Recently I've been playing CS:S and Day of Defeat Source and noticed laggy when over 30 bots.
I kinda feel that my RAM is bottleneck because I bought it for $32 awhile ago just because it was 1gb. Now I need 2gb of some high quality sticks of RAM. I need low latency and it can't be more that about $100. Any suggestions.

I found 2 that I think are pretty good.

Both are good. I know OCZ's support team is good, I've had some dealings with them and they were very helpful, I haven't had any experience with Crucial's though.

The Crucial RAM you have linked is arguably better and it's slightly cheaper but there's pretty much no difference in the advertised settings for them.
