Please download PC Wizard from my sig and install it. Go to FILE, SAVE AS and click OK. Copy the text out of that file and paste it here. That PSU is unfortunately too weak to run any GPU really. That information is useful but can you see a model number?

Do you mean GTX 750 Ti or GTX 760? There is no 760 Ti as far as I'm aware.

Upgrading from a 650 Ti to a 750 Ti isn't worth it, but upgrading to a 760 might be. What do you do? Gaming? At what resolution?

Yes GTX760 I usually do gaming i play in 1600x900 widescreen
I will download pc wizard and update the info

I would increase the resolution on but i want to upgrade the graphics for games to run smoother on the highest settings, some games which are coming out have high requirements, i know i could run them right now but i want to increase the experience

Going from a 650 TI to a 750 TI would be a nice jump. Now if you were in the market to buy a new card I'd spend a bit more money and get a GTX 760 if you can. The little bit of extra money will pay huge dividends in performance, especially in a year or two.

You can check here to see the performance difference between a 650 TI and a 750 TI. Once you've seen those do a comparison between a 650 TI and a 760 and see how big the difference is. http://www.anandtech.com/bench/product/1129?vs=1130

Also you'll need a new power supply as well as to open up the side of your computer and measure how much space you have for a new video card.

Furthermore, your monitor supports 1920x1080 resolution, so you should use that for gaming, will look way better than 1600x900 and your new card should run it really well.
