Upgrading W/OEM OS

hey guys,
so I couple of days ago I ordered a 4850 to replace the x1950xt on my p5k deluxe, one thing that concerns me now is that I have an OEM version of windows installed.
Will I have to Reinstall or buy a new license?
What should I do to get my system to accept the 4850 when it comes?
 
i have just replaced my motherboard and hard drive, installed my vista 64bit oem with no problems-no phone call needed or new disk

it seams the people who wer saying that the oem was linked to the mobo etc had never tried, myself included until now
 
sorry i didnt read your full post...

delete your old drivers then install new gpu and install the new drivers "no installition of windows needed"
 
dont worry i use OEM and i dual boot x86 and x64. i upgraded cpu ram gfx and HD and not one problem and windows been running fine for 2 months now since last install.
