That website has a few custom computer builds ranging from $380 to about $1200 for custom computers builds with part lists. If you're not looking to build a whole new computer you can check the parts list page for specific performance parts. It also has step by step instructions with pictures on how to install whatever parts you end up buying.
If you only want to add parts to you computer and you don't want a whole new custom gaming computer I would recommend upgrading your ram to 4GB if you have a 32 bit OS, 6GB if you have a 64 bit OS (of the fastest memory your motherboard can use). I also recommend upgrading your video card to at least a GeForce 260. Those two upgrades, the memory and the video card, will give you the best new gaming experience.
